In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and chives. using a small spatula, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla within about 1 inch of the edge.
Spread a thin layer of hummus over the cream cheese. Layer carrots, sprouts, tomatoes, and lettuce and then sprinkle with cheese. Carefully roll up each tortilla.
Wrap each tortilla roll tightly in plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
To service slice each roll into 3 pieces.

Mix cream cheese, chives and parsley together; spread on one side of bread.
Cut each slice in half; roll up and secure with thin strip of bacon and toothpick.

Cut ham into strips if desired; roll in chicken breast or thigh and place cut side down in large baking dish. (You can use deli ham for this, also. Pound chicken flat, lay a slice of ham over, and roll up).
FOR SAUCE: Saute onion, celery, green pepper,and garlic in oil until soft.

Bring to a simmer; Pour over chicken pieces.

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F.
Take one lasagna noodle, lay it flat, and add one slich of ham, and one slice of cheese, and three whole asparagus. Roll up and place seam side down in a greased casserole.
Repeat until all ingredients are used up.
Add bechamel sauce, cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the asparagus is al dente. Remove foil, sprinkle with parmesan, and continue cooking until the top is golden and bubbly.
