Appetizer Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    peeled, chopped cucumber
    garlic salt
    large soft flour tortillas
    1/2 c. sour cream
    chopped onion
    chopped black olives
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Add more or less of the sour cream to have a good spreading consistency.
    Add chopped onions, cucumber and black olives and garlic salt to taste.
    Spread on tortillas. Spread to all but one of the edges.
    Roll up, starting on the side opposite this edge.
    Place rolls in covered container several hours or overnight.
    Slice chilled rolls in 1/2 to 1-inch slices. Can use chopped ham or corned beef and leave out cucumbers. Experiment with combinations.
