Mexican Appetizer Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked or 2 c. cooked flaked salmon
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    3 to 4 Tbsp. salsa
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. dried cilantro or 2 tsp. fresh
    10 (8-inch) tortillas, room temperature
Preparation
    Mix salmon, cream cheese, salsa, cumin and cilantro.
    Place mixture on each tortilla; spread on surface and roll up jelly roll style.
    Serve as is or chill and cut into fifths with serrated knife and serve as appetizers.
    Serve with bowls of salsa (red and green) for dipping.
    Fresh cilantro is best (can be made without cumin).
