Place 8 at a time on microproof plate lined with paper towels.
Cover with waxed paper.
Cook on 70 (roast) 30 to 45 seconds or until hot.
Repeat with remaining canapes.

Stir well; set aside. Trim crust from bread; cut each slice into 4 squares.

In a small bowl, stir together the clams, the bacon, the onion, the parsley, the Parmesan cheese and the mayonnaise until the mixture is combined well.

Broil the canapes in a jelly-roll pan under a preheated broiler about 4-inches from the heat for 3 to 4 minutes, or until they are bubbly and golden.
Makes 18 canapes.
In medium bowl, stir together soup, cheese and ham, garlic and parsley, until mixed well.
Spread mixture on bread and place on baking sheets.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Freeze until firm.
Wrap in foil or place frozen canapes in freezer bags for longer storage.
Return to freezer.

Cut bread into small squares.

5). Place a half piece of mozzarella atop the prosciutto.

7). Place canapes on a cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven approximately 5-7 minutes until the cheese has melted.
