Mushroom Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 pt. sour cream
    paprika
    1 loaf party rye bread
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms; cut in small pieces.
    Saute mushrooms in butter for about 10 minutes.
    Add lemon juice, sour cream and enough paprika to tint pink.
    Mix well.
    Place 1 teaspoon of mixture on each piece of bread.
    Broil for 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Serve hot.
    Yields 40 canapes.
