Hot Crab Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh crabmeat
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    20 slices sandwich bread
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except bread.
    Stir well; set aside. Trim crust from bread; cut each slice into 4 squares.
    Spread each square with crabmeat mixture.
    Place on ungreased baking sheets.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Yield:
    6 1/2 dozen appetizer servings.
