*Grapevine leaves, preserved in jars, may be found in specialty foodstores.
Steam onions over very low heat with 1 teaspoon of salt, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 10 minutes.

Bring the apple juice and the spices to a boil and let cool for a couple of minutes.
Strain and divide it between the five glasses.

Use 3-inch cucumbers or cut up larger ones.
Put cucumbers in jars, leaving about an inch at the

Fill to about
1-inch from
the top.
Put in 6-inches of the end of a grapevine (tender end).
Fill with boiling water.

Remove leaves from jar; rinse and drain.
Cut off stems.
Place leaves underside up, with stem ends toward you.
Spoon a heaping teaspoonful of filling near the stem end.
Fold lower edge of leaf over filling to cover.
Fold in sides and roll up from stem end.
Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with extra leaves.
Arrange seam side down in 1 to 2 layers.
Pour 1 cup water over rolls.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.

To prepare grapevine leaves, rinse leaves thoroughly in cold running water to remove brine.
Bring 1 quart of water to a boil; add leaves and parboil 3 minutes.
Drain.
Select 4 or 5 heavy leaves and line bottom of a medium size Dutch oven; set aside.
Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
Add 3 Shots Absolut Pear Vodka.
Add 3 Shots Triple Sec.
Add 3 Shots Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice.
Shake.
Pour into two martini glass garnished with a thin pear slice cut with an upward cut so it sits beautifully on the martini glass edge.
Chill a shot glass with ice or in the freezer.
Empty the shot glass from ice and water.
Pour absolut peppar, tequila and tomato juice into the shot glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
Pour absolut citron into a shot glass and top off with a splash of galliano. Place one half lemon slice flat on the rim of the shot glass, put some sugar on the slice and soak the sugar with 151 proof rum.
Just before drinking, ignite the sugar. Blow the flame out when it seems to caramelize the sugar. Lick the sugar off the lemon slice, down the vodka mixture, then either suck the juices or bite the pulp of the lemon.
