Stuffed Grapevine Leaves(Dolma) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. grapevine leaves
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 1/2 c. olive oil
    1 c. raw rice
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    water
    garlic
    1/2 lb. lean meat (optional)
Preparation
    Saute chopped onions in 1/2 cup oil.
    Stir until golden. Drain the onions and set them in a bowl.
    Add 1 cup raw rice, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and a dash of garlic.
    (Meat is optional.)
    Mix them all.
