Bake white cake mix according to directions in extra large flat cake pan (I use a 12 x 15-inch pan).
Cool.
Mix 2 boxes pudding mix according to directions on box.
Blend in softened cream cheese.
Spread over cooled cake and refrigerate about 45 minutes.
Pour drained pineapple over this and spread.
Spread Cool Whip on top of this.
Sprinkle coconut and nuts and garnish with cherries.
Refrigerate.
Cake is better made day before and kept in refrigerator.
NOTE: My recipe for the diabetic sweetened condensed milk makes 1 cup. Make as much as you need and store the extra in the fridge in a covered dish. Also, if you are on a VERY strict diabetic diet, use only 1/2 of the chips.

Fold in the whipped topping, bananas, and white chocolate chips.
