New York Specials - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1/4 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. mini marshmallows
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. graham crackers
    1 c. coconut
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
    3 to 4 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
    Put butter, sugar, marshmallows, cocoa, salt, egg and vanilla in a double boiler until marshmallows are melted.
    Remove from stove.
    Add graham crackers and coconut.
    Press into an 8 x 12-inch pan.
    Cool.
    Mix together powdered sugar, melted butter, pudding and cream.
    Spread on chocolate base.
    Melt 2 squares and 2 teaspoons of butter and drizzle on top.
