New York Specials - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 beaten egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. shredded coconut
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. vanilla pudding powder
    3 to 4 Tbsp. cream
    2 sq. chocolate
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In
    double
    boiler, stir until smooth butter, sugar and cocoa. Add
    egg
    and vanilla.
    Then, remove from heat and add coconut, graham
    cracker crumbs, chopped nuts; spread mixture in 9
    x 9-inch
    square pan.
    Mix butter, confectioners sugar, pudding powder
    and
    cream.
    Spread
    on
    first mixture.
    Melt chocolate and butter, spread on cake.
    Refrigerate until firm. Cut into small pieces.
