In a bowl combine yogurt, oats, chia seeds, and milk.
Stir to combine then layer half in a wide-mouth mason jar or container.
Add half the fruit and berries then layer in remaining yogurt mixture and berries. Refrigerate overnight, and up to 3 days.
Place the yogurt spread in a medium size bowl.
Blend in the sugar with a fork.
Peel and thinly slice the banana into the yogurt.
Add the grapes and mix with a fork.
Place peaches in small bowl; top with yogurt and wheat germ. Garnish with blueberries.
Serves 1, about 190 calories and 3 g fat.

our 1/4 cup of yogurt (starter) should be at room
Mix chocolate drink mix into plain Greek yogurt until fully combined.
Spoon 2 1/2 tablespoons of chocolate Greek yogurt mixture into the bottom of each of two parfait glasses. Top with 2 teaspoons of graham cracker crumbs, several raspberries, and by 2 1/2 tablespoons of raspberry yogurt. Repeat layers to build parfaits.
Combine gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
Set aside to cool. Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
Combine nonfat dry milk and 3 cups water. Add canned milk and sugar and gelatin mix.
Blend yogurt with remaining water and add to mixture.
Cover bowl with dish towel and put in oven.
Turn oven off.
Leave in oven 8 to 10 hours. If yogurt hasn't gelled, reheat oven and replace in oven for another 6 to 8 hours with oven off.
It will stiffen more when refrigerated.
