Peachy Yogurt Breakfast Sundae - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sliced peaches (fresh, frozen or canned)
    1/2 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt
    2 Tbsp. wheat germ
    fresh or frozen blueberries (optional)
Preparation
    Place peaches in small bowl; top with yogurt and wheat germ. Garnish with blueberries.
    Serves 1, about 190 calories and 3 g fat.
