Form 1-2 tablespoons of bean paste into balls.

has the consistency and softness of an earlobe.
Divide the dough into 12 pieces.
Wrap the dough completely around each ball and place in a cloth lined steamer.

Steam over high heat for about 10 minutes.
Chop shrimp and scallions.
Cut pork, chicken and beef into small strips.
Heat wok with 2 tablespoons oil.
Add shrimp, pork, chicken and beef.
Stir-fry.
Remove.
To wok, add water.
Add noodles.
Cook until soft (3 to 4 minutes).
Add seasoning (from noodle package), the meat, shrimp, spinach and scallions.
