Yaki Manju - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. mashed potato
    4 tsp. baking powder
    4 c. flour
    1 can cooked \"An\", rolled into 3/4 inch balls
Preparation
    Beat
    first
    6 ingredients in mixer; combine with flour and baking
    powder.
    Refrigerate
    for 30 minutes.
    Form dough into 1 inch
    balls;
    flatten
    it enough to cover \"An\".
    Place \"An\"
    balls in center of the flattened dough, pinching bottom together to seal it, and shaping them into cube, about 1 inch square.
    On
    a medium
    hot
    griddle, cook all six sides until lightly brown. Makes dainty little tea cakes.
