Yaki Soba - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. soba noodles
    3 or 4 shrimp
    1 c. fresh spinach
    oil
    2 c. scallions
    1/3 c. pork
    1/4 c. chicken and beef
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Chop shrimp and scallions.
    Cut pork, chicken and beef into small strips.
    Heat wok with 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add shrimp, pork, chicken and beef.
    Stir-fry.
    Remove.
    To wok, add water.
    Add noodles.
    Cook until soft (3 to 4 minutes).
    Add seasoning (from noodle package), the meat, shrimp, spinach and scallions.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 2 to 4.
    Amount of noodles in recipe may be doubled or tripled.
    If so, add an additional 3/4 cup water for each package of noodles.
