Put beef broth or buillon on low heat to simmer.
While broth heats up, brown ground beef and drain excess fat, add to broth.
While beef is browning, chop onion, add to broth.
Add tomato paste, chili beans to broth.
Add garlic, chili powder, oregano, basil, cumin.
Add red peppers, salt, pepper, if desired.
Simmer at least 2 hours.
Serve with grated cheese on top.
You can omit the red pepper and/or change the chili powder to teaspoons, if you like yours milder.
Brown ground beef with onion in large skillet, stirring until ground beef is crumbly; drain.
Add garlic, pepper, salt and water; mix well.
Add undrained tomatoes and kidney beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, catsup and hot pepper sauce.
Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Add additional water, if necessary, for desired consistency.

Melt 1 stick of margarine in frying pan and add peppers and onions, stirring constantly so they will not burn.
Add 1/2 package of chili season mix and 1/2 package of taco mix, 1/2 cup of water, then cover and cook on low heat.

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, drain and cut to fit pan.
In small bowl, mix cottage cheese, oregano, salt and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.
Using two deep 9 x 7-inch glass baking pans or one deep 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, make a layer of noodles followed with 1/2 cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 mozzarella cheese and 1/3 sauce.
Follow with another noodle layer, remaining cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese and 1/3 sauce.
Top this with a final noodle layer covered with remaining sauce.

Saute the chopped onion and garlic cloves in the chopped bacon fat until tender.
Then add the ground beef and cook until browned.

Combine the chocolate chips and milk in a glass or plastic dish, and microwave on high, stirring every 20 to 30 seconds, until melted and smooth. Mix in the coffee, cinnamon, and hot chili powder until the instant coffee has dissolved. Stir in the cold milk. Strain into 2 mugs. Thin with additional milk, if desired.

In 1/2-inch oil, saute until soft the onions, peppers and garlic.
In another pan, brown the beef. Drain fat from beef and add beef to onions and peppers. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste and chili powder.
Add the sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, bay leaves, cumin, basil and cayenne or hot chili sauce. Simmer all for at least 1 1/2 hours, then add the kidney beans.
