World Class Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. ground beef or chili meat
2 large onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 green bell peppers, chopped
2 large pkg. chili seasoning
1/2 c. chili powder
water as needed
2 Tbsp. cumin seed
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. paprika
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, chopped
2 cans beef broth
salt to taste
Preparation

Cook on low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
May half the recipe for smaller groups or family.
