Preheat oven to 350.
Cream sugars,margarine(I use,\"I can't believe not butter Light\"),egg beaters, and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
Add water and beat on low speed until well mixed.
Stir in flour,baking soda, and salt.
Fold in oatmeal ( I use 1 box/8 packets \"Sturm's\" Whole Grain Oatmeal with Plant Sterols & Flaxseed) and raisins.
Stir until blended.
Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray, drop dough with a small spoon and then flatten slightly.
Bake between 10 and 12 minutes.

Reduced Fat Bisquick Mix (Whole Wheat)

Mix together.
Cover tightly and store.
Use in Bisquick Reduced Fat recipes.

Crush Oreo cookies in blender or food processor; set aside. Cream margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Mix milk, chocolate pudding and Cool Whip.
Combine the 2 mixtures.
Layer Oreos and pudding mixture, beginning and ending with Oreos. Insert artificial flower or plant into pot of dessert.
Place a few gummy worms around the top.
Worms can also be layered with other ingredients.

Egg Plant Patties(Serves 4)

In a covered sauce pan cook egg plant in boiling water until tender, about 5 minutes, drain and mash.
Stir in crumbs, cheese, eggs, parsley, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
Shape into 8 patties, cook in hot oil 3 minutes on each side till golden brown.

Diet Coca-Cola Chicken

Trim all the skin and visible fat off the chicken parts. Sprinkle some lite salt and pepper on them to suit yourself.
In a big, heavy skillet, warm up the catsup.

Cut cabbage in small pieces.
Add 2 cans mixed vegetables (Veg-All).
Add 2 cans chicken broth.
Add 1 large can whole tomatoes.
Add large can tomato juice.
Salt to taste.
You can add green beans, peas, carrots or any canned vegetables.

Diet Chick(Good Enough For Company)

First:
Boil 1/4 of the chicken strips with celery and whole onion in 1-quart of water.
Save broth. Then use 1 cup of broth to cook garlic and onions (microwave suggested). Brown remaining chicken strips in skillet sprayed with Pam. Pour all remaining ingredients, including as much broth as pan can hold.
Stir and gently cook until peppers are tender.
Adjust flavors.
Too lemony?
Add soy sauce.
Serve over linguine or any pasta or rice. Yields 6 servings.

In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, celery, thyme, salt and pepper; cook until softened about 7 minutes.
Stir in whole wheat flour; cook stirring occasionally until lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
Stir in chicken broth, tomato puree, and sherry; bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Add lobster and simmer, covered, until lobster is opaque, about 6 minutes. Stir in milk, plum tomato, parsley, paprika, and hot pepper sauce; bring to a simmer and sevre hot.
