Irish Whiskey & Honey Remedy

Prepare the tea.
Note about tea: Use what you like and experiment. I use regular tea, but my grandmother always used Irish tea.
Add the whiskey to the mug, then the honey, then the lemon.

Classic Whiskey Sour

Fresh Whiskey Sours

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice; pour in the drink mix 2/3 full.
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and strain into glasses.

Add tea and freeze overnight.

Frozen Whiskey Sour

In a large blender fill blender with cubed ice (about 3/4 full).
Add one frozen can of lemonade and orange concentrate.
Add the top shelf whiskey.
Add 1/4 cup cherry juice.
Add sugar.
Blend, high speed.
Taste if to strong for your taste add ice cold water. re-blend.
Pour into chilled glasses.
Fill each glass and garnish with a cherry and orange slice.

Muddle all ingredients except whiskey in a bar glass.
Add whiskey and shake with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with a sprig of mint and a peach slice.

Gotu Kola (Pennywort) Drink

Wash the leaves well, pinch off stems and, for each handful of leaves, add 2-1/2 cups cold water and 1/2 cup simple syrup made with equal parts of sugar and water.
(Boil to dissolve sugar, allow to cool and store in a bottle.) Add 3 or 4 ice cubes and blend at high speed.
Blend the drink just before serving or it will lose its bright colour.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; pour in whiskey, amaro liqueur, and lemon juice. Cover shaker and shake vigorously. Strain drink into a low boy cocktail glass. Top with lemon-lime soda.
