mbined method for cooking the Roast Beef and the Yorkshire Pudding:
Mix the mayonnaise and the horseradish sauce together so that they are well blended.
Spread the horseradish mayo all over the tortilla.
Arrange the baby spinach leaves down the middle of the tortilla.
Place the slices of the roast beef over the spinach so that each end of the beef slightly overlap each other.
Spread the caramelized onions down the middle of the beef.
Fold over the sides of the tortilla and roll it up as you would any other wrap.
Cut in half and serve.

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Place standing rib beef roast, fat side up, on rib bones; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Insert meat thermometer into center of meat, making sure the pointed end does not touch bone or fat. Roast until thermometer reaches 140\u00b0 for rare, 160\u00b0 for medium or 170\u00b0 for well done. Place roast on cutting board or warm platter and let stand 15 minutes for easier carving.
Bake beef 3/4 way done, then add onions, garlic, black pepper and salt.
When well done, mix gravy mix with beef broth and pour over roast beef.
Put back in oven 30 to 45 minutes.

Using a black rod iron skillet preheated, brown outside of roast.
Place pan with roast (fat side up) in a 325\u00b0 oven and cook: 20 minutes a pound for rare, 25 minutes a pound for medium rare and 30 to 35 minutes a pound for well done.
Mix the broth, soup mix and the Pepsi in the crock pot and stir to mix.
Add the roast and cook on low for @ 5-7 hours.
Turn occasionally.
This is the basic recipe.
I usually add crushed garlic and chopped onions.
If you leave the roast for 7 hours, you will get a \"pulled beef\", just shred it with a fork, awesome on buns.
You can also remove the roast after @3 hours and slice the roast and then return the slices to the crock pot for @3 more hours, roast beef fit for company!

BARBECUED ROAST BEEF:
Pierce Rotisserie or Oven /Roast all over with fork.

Fry roast beef just until heated through.
Cut or string beef in pan.
Add ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir well and simmer over medium heat approximately 30 minutes.
Melt 1 tbsp butter in frying pan.
Separate onion slices into rings and fry till tender and caramelized, set aside to cool slightly.
Toast buns till desired crispness, butter when done.
Layer on roast beef, onions and top with a mixture of each cheese.
*At this point they can be wrapped in tinfoil and placed in a 350 degree oven for about 5 minutes to let the cheese melt.
