In a medium size bowl mix together picante sauce, refried beans, taco seasoning mix, mayo and sour cream.

Spread both cans jalapeno dip onto a large round platter.

Stick a fork in it and take off!
In a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish, layer the bean dip, avocados, taco mix with the mayonnaise and sour cream stirred into it, cheese, onions, tomatoes and olives.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
