Walking Taco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can refried beans
    1 pkg. dry enchilada mix
    1 carton sour cream
    enough green onions to layer, chopped
    homemade guacamole dip
    1 can black olives, chopped
    enough grated Cheddar cheese to layer
    4 tomatoes, chopped
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Combine refried beans and enchilada mix.
    On a large platter, make a bed of the refried beans.
    Layer sour cream, then green onions, guacamole, black olives, Cheddar cheese and tomatoes and top with more green onions.
    Prior to serving, place tortilla chips around the edge of platter.
    Have extra chips on hand, as this recipe goes a long way.
    If desired, add chopped Ortega green chilies (these are not hot) before layering black olives.
