Saute the onion in the melted butter or margarine until tender, but not brown.
Remove the onions.
Combine the corn muffin mix, egg, milk and corn to make a soft batter.
With mixer, blend egg, sour cream and margarine.
Add corn muffin mix and blend.
Fold in both corn.
Bake in greased 8 x 8-inch pan or 2-quart dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Beat egg.
In following order, stir in sour cream, melted butter, cream-style corn, kernel corn and corn muffin mix.
Pour into buttered baking dish.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Mix all ingredients and put in a greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Beat egg with a fork, then mix together with all other ingredients.
Put in lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until set.
Serves 6 to 8.
Mix potatoes, corn meal, flour, onions, salt and pepper in Ziploc bag. Shake for 3 to 5 minutes. Place in frying pan with 1-inch cooking oil. Cook until done.

Evenly spread chili beans in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Evenly space wieners atop of chili in dish.
Prepare corn bread and pour over layered ingredients.
Try to seal corn bread to edges of the dish.
Sprinkle grated cheese over corn bread.
Bake time and temperature called for in your corn bread recipe or package instructions.
Cheese is optional.
Thaw and drain broccoli and season with Beau Monde.
Place in buttered casserole dish.
Mix corn, egg, cracker crumbs and onions. Pour over broccoli and dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
This recipe can be doubled, tripled, etc., just as long as you have a pan big enough to cook it in.
Increase baking time when making additional recipes.
