Unusual Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream (or yogurt)
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drain and use only 1/3 cup of the liquid
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 small pkg. (dry) cornbread mix (Jiffy)
Preparation
    Beat egg with a fork, then mix together with all other ingredients.
    Put in lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until set.
    Serves 6 to 8.
