Undercover Sweet Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large ears corn with husks
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 pkg. cream cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel husks back, but do not remove from ears.
    Remove silk. Soak ears with husks in cold water for 20 minutes.
    Mix margarine and cream cheese.
    Dry surface of kernels; spread on cheese mixture.
    Salt and pepper as desired.
    Close husks over ears and wrap individually in foil.
    Place in preheated oven on low.
    Turn ears every 5 minutes.
    Check for doneness after 30 minutes. Flavor is unusual; try it!
