Sweet Corn And Cilantro Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ears fresh sweet corn
    9 oz cherry tomatoes, quartered
    1 large avocado, finely chopped
    1 small red onion, finely chopped
    1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
    1/2 None red chili pepper, seeded and finely chopped
    2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
    2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
Preparation
    Peel back the corn husks without removing husk or stem. Remove all of the corn silk. Return corn husks over corn. Place corn in a large bowl of water; place an upturned plate on top of corn to keep it submerged. Let stand for 30 mins to soak. Drain.
    Preheat a grill to high. Grill corn, turning, for 10-15 mins or until tender. Transfer corn to a cutting board. Let stand for 10 mins. Remove the husks. Using a small sharp knife, cut corn kernels from cobs. Place kernels in a large bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients; toss to combine. Season to taste
