Easy Tasty London Broil

Wash carrots and place on the bottom of crockpot.
Put London Broil on top of carrots.
Pour brown gravy& Vidalia onions over it.
Set crockpot temp to low.
Cook for 5-6 hours.
Wonderfully easy.
Great taste.
A cleaning tip: when you are ready for clean up, rinse out the crock, put dish detergent and water in the crock and set the temp on low for about 15-20 minutes.
Makes washing a breeze!

Lemon-Marinated London Broil

Prick the London broil on both sides several times

Sesame Marinated London Broil

Mix all ingredients and pour over London Broil in a ziploc bag.
Marinade the meat in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or freeze at this point to thaw and cook later).
Heat a grill to medium high.
Grill for 10-12 minutes/side, depending upon thickness.
Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain.
Meanwhile, boil the remaining marinade for 5 minutes on the stovetop and serve over the London Broil.

Balsamic Marinated London Broil

Place London broil in a non-metallic pan.
Rub olive oil on London broil.
Add meat tenderizer to both side of meat.
Pierce meat with fork to work the tenderizer in to the meat on both sides.
Combine the rest of ingredients in a small bowl.
Microwave 2 minutes to melt sugar.
Stir to blend.
Pour over London broil.
Cover& refrigerate.
Marinate over night or up to 2 days turning often.
Place London broil on heated grill.
cook till desired doneness.
If desired warm left over marinate and baste while grilling.

London Broil Marinade(Serves 6)

Mix ingredients together to blend.
Pour over 2 pound cut of London broil.
Marinate 3 hours or overnight.
Broil over grill or in the oven.
For medium rare, broil about 15 minutes on each side in the oven.
If you are cooking on the outdoor grill, adjust the time according to the distance your rack is from the coals, 15 minutes on the first side and 10 minutes on the other side might produce the desired doneness.
Slice diagonally, very thin. Serves 6.
(The amount of marinade is enough for a large cut of steak.)

Excellent London Broil

Marinate the London broil in the wine, oil, garlic, thyme, black pepper, basil and marjoram for 2 hours or overnight.
You may broil the steak on the grill, but I remove it from the marinade, wrap it tightly in foil and cook at 450\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour until desired doneness.
Do not overcook or it will be tough.
Slice in very thin strips.

Best London Broil Ever!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place the roast in a roasting pan, pour stewed tomatoes over it, and season with garlic salt.
Roast for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, until fork tender. Let stand for about 10 minutes at room temperature before carving and serving.

Steak Sauce London Broil

Combine 1/2 cup of the steak sauce and the London Broil in a large resealable plastic bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour and up to 8 hours.
Stir together the remaining steak sauce and the mustard in a small bowl; set aside.
Preheat grill to high; remove steak from bag, discarding marinade.
coat rack of grill with cooking spray and cook steak, turning once, to desired degree of doneness, 8 minutes for medium-rare.
Serve thinly sliced steak with the mustard steak sauce.

London Broil With Zesty Artichoke Salad

Preheat broiler. Rub steak with seasoning mix and 2 tbsp olive oil. Season. Place in a broiler pan and broil for 15 mins, or until a thermometer reads 145\u00b0F for medium-rare, turning once. Let rest for 10 mins. Thinly slice.
Meanwhile, combine artichoke salad, tomato, oregano, 1/4 tsp lemon zest, 1 tsp lemon juice and remaining olive oil. Season. Serve with London broil.

Marinated London Broil

Blend together the ingredients to make marinade.
Cover a London broil with marinade and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours.
Cover with foil or wrap while marinating.
Barbecue London broil over medium heat, 5 to 10 minutes per side.
Cut on the diagonal.

London Broil With Mushroom Sauce

Place London broil along with mushrooms, wine, parsley, rosemary, garlic and shallots in a plasticbag and secure.
Place in the refrigerator for about an hour to marinate.
Remove beef from marinade and place in a large skillet and cook over medium heat until cooked to your liking.
Place steak aside.
In the same skillet, place reserved marinade, beef broth and tomatoes and cook over low heat for 15- 20 minutes.
Slice London broil and pour sauce over meat.

London Broil

Cut both sides of steak in a diamond pattern, 1/8 inch deep.
Cook and stir onions and 1/4 salt in butter until onions are tender.
Keep this mixture warm.
Mix remaining ingredients; brush half on one side of the beef.
Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
Turn and brush with remaining oil mixture.
Broil 5 more minutes.
Cut across grain in thin slices.
Serve with onions.

Score a London broil with fork on both sides.
Rub with 1/2 cup sugar on both sides.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Marinate meat in the marinade at least 1/2 hour.
Broil or cook on grill about 1/2 hour or until done to your liking.
Heat the remaining marinade to a boil and serve with the meat at the table.

Stuffed London Broil

Slice three 5 x 1-inch slits in the top of the London broil.
In bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well. Fill the slits with the mixture. Tie meat in 1-inch intervals with butchers' string. Top with 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
Broil for 35 minutes or until thermometer reads 140\u00b0F, turning once.

London Broil With Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Make the sauce: Whisk all the ingredients for the horseradish sauce together until

Place first five ingredients in a gallon-size zip-lock bag.
Diagonally score the London broil.
Place the meat in the bag of marinade.
Refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning the bag occasionally.
Grill over medium-hot coals.
Do not overcook.
Meat will continue to cook once removed from the grill, and should still be pink when sliced.
Slice against the grain of the meat in 1/4\" slices.
