Melt the butter and lightly grease
In a medium to large saucepan melt the butter over medium heat.
Add fresh minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the cream cheese and whisk until smooth and melted.
Whisk in the heavy cream. ( I have substituted half & half.)
Season with the garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper.
Bring to a simmer and whisk frequently until sauce thicken, around 15-20 minutes.
Stir in the parmesan cheese.
Remove from heat when cheese is melted.
CREAM PUFF. Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F
In a large soup pot, brown prosciutto, or bacon over medium-low heat until crisp.
Add the onion and cook until softened.
Add the flour and stir until lightly colored, about a minute.
Slowly whisk in the clam broth, reserved clam liquid, potatoes, bay leaf and thyme. Simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
Add the clams, cream, fresh parsley, salt and white pepper.
Bring to a simmer and serve immediately.
(You may substitute any type of shellfish, or even fish for the clams in this recipe.).
For the cream puff pastry:
Preheat oven to

Cream the cream cheese, butter, vanilla and the whipping cream until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
Add in the sifted confectioners sugar; beat until frosting consistency, (adding more icing sugar or whipping cream if needed until the right consistency is achieved).
Add in food coloring if using.
OPTIONAL; add in 1 cup of Cool Whip frozen topping and beat on low speed with an electric mixer until just blended (add in more Cool Whip until desired texture is achieved).

5. Mix in sour cream

Prepare the jello as directed on box in large bowl the night before so it is set & hardened for recipe. Then, whisk jello in its bowl and add to large bowl that you will serve the dessert in.

Note: you can add just about any filling and it turns out just great.
Just be sure to lightly saute any fresh vegetables before adding.
Sprinkle filling into pie shell before adding eggs mixture.
Redistribute filling gently with rubber spatula.
Brown the beef in large skillet and

Mix cake according to box instuctions and bake as directed.
As soon as you remove cake from oven, poke holes with a fork all over the cake, pour chocolate syrup from can evenly all over top of cake and allow to cool to room temperature.
When cool, spread with cool whip and refrigerate until ready to serve.
