Combine the potatoes, celery, onion, ham and water in a stockpot
Cross hatch ham in roasting pan about 1/2 - 1 inch deep.
cover with foil and cook for two hours at 350.
before the two hours is up mix honey, sugar, mustard, and cloves in a saucepan until blened well
remove ham and baste with glaze.
replace uncovered ham into oven basting every 15- 20 minutes for the next hour.
let rest 20 minutes and carve.
Combine Stock, water, soup and cubed velveeta cheese into crock pot until creamy and smooth.
Boil the shelled macaroni al dente, drain and pour into crock pot.
Add ham, blend lightly.
Crock pot should be set on high til liquid mixture blends, then turn to low or warm when adding macaroni and ham.
Let simmer for about half an hour, then serve.

Using a vegetable peeler, shave 8 thin slices of mango. Wrap one slice of mango around each cube of Mozzarellissima. Sprinkle with chopped tarragon and wrap each with a piece of Serrano ham. Brush with olive oil and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 5 minutes, or until cheese starts to melt. Remove bites from the oven and drizzle with honey. Serve with cocktail toothpicks.

In a slow cooker, pour one can pineapple juice; add 1/2 of an unsliced ham, just a pinch of salt and pepper.
It's best to start this in the morning and let cook in slow cooker all day.
Will be ready for supper.
Must cook for several hours.
