Combine the Hoisin, Mirin, teriyaki sauce, sugar, ginger and sesame
Cook noodles in a large pot of boiling water until tender.
Drain the noodles well.
Cook Teriyaki Chicken on stovetop for 6 minutes or until hot.
Add all of the Teriyaki Sauce and cook for 1 additional minute.
In a separate fry pan or stovetp, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.

Combine butter, chili flakes, tomatoes and pine nuts in a small bowl. Place on a piece of plastic wrap and shape into a rectangular block. Wrap tightly and freeze.
Cook chicken thigh fillets in a heated, oiled frying pan until browned on both sides and cooked through. Slice butter and serve on chicken.
In a bowl, combine the pineapple, red onion, green pepper, and teriyaki sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Put oil into a saucepan over high heat and add chopped brown onion and sliced garlic clove and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the chicken thigh fillets, chicken stock and water and cook for 20 minutes.

For the salad, toss ingredients together.
Combine chicken, teriyaki marinade and sweet chili sauce in a bowl. Set aside to marinate for at least 10 mins.
Heat peanut oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Drain chicken. Working in batches, stir-fry chicken for 3-4 mins, until browned. Add baby corn, water chestnuts and snow peas. Stir-fry for 3 mins.
Meanwhile, prepare noodles according to package instructions. Drain then add to chicken and vegetables, tossing well to combine. Serve.
