GINGER-SCALLION SAUCE RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS: Combine the ginger, scallions&
SWEET SAUCE: Mix all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and cook till warm. Makes about 1 cup.
CHICKEN: Mix egg, milk, garlic powder, sesame seeds and flour into a large bowl. Add in chicken pieces, stirring to coat.
FRYING: Using a deep fryer, heat oil to 350F and carefully add chicken pieces in a single layer, frying until golden (about 3-4 minutes). (do in batches if necessary). Drain on paper towels. Serve with toothpicks for dipping.
Brush over chicken pieces. Set aside to marinate for 30 mins.

Cook and stir over low heat until sauces comes to a boil and becomes thick.

Melt butter and mix all other ingredients.
Make as much as is needed for chicken to be covered and a little extra as a sauce. Cook chicken under broiler or on a grill with a container to collect extra sauce for gravy.
In a saucepan cook the margarine, honey, mustard and curry together.
Simmer for a couple of minutes.
Place the chicken in a baking pan and pour the sauce over the chicken pieces.
Cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for two hours- the longer it cooks the thicker, darker, gooier and delicious the chicken gets.
Baste every thirty minutes.
Reheat covered.
