Mash the tofu and mix with scrambler until combined.

For vegetarian, omit the meat.
Heat water and wine...add cheese and stir until melted. Toss cheese with a little flour to thicken.
Assorted dippers - cubed ham (skip for vegetarian option), blanched broccoli, carrots, or cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, chopped green bell peppers, cubed French bread peeled and chopped apples or pears.
Place roast ingredients in a bread machine on dough setting or in stand mixer with dough hooks.
Mix on high for 15 minutes. You may need to scrape down occasionally in mixer.
Set aside for 5-10 minutes.
Prepare broth. DO NOT make it hot! If using bouillon cubes, crush them and just add to your water, it will mix as it cooks.
Form roast into oval.
Place in slow cooker, add broth.
Set on low, for 8 hours.
Turn halfway through.
When done, remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve immediately or place in sealed container ...
Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add meatless ground burger, water and spices.
Mix well and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until heated through and water is absorbed.
Use this mixture to replace the seasoned ground beef in any of your favorite Mexican recipes!
Another note* One can use 1 cup of TVP in place of the soy crumbles or Boca. You might need a bit more that 1 cup of water to keep mixture from getting too dry.
Sprinkle dry soup mix onto large sheet of aluminum foil. Place meat on soup mix.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour soup over meat.
Add garlic.
Seal foil.
Place sealed foil on cookie sheet.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
