PREPARE THE STEAK:

Combine with first items in a large roaster.
Add to preceeding mixture, all sauces, soup, olives and mushrooms.

Heat a wok until very hot, then add half the oil, swirling to coat.
Fry the beef in batches for about 3 minutes each batch or until browned.
Reheat the wok, and add the rest of the oil, and stir fry the onion and peas until softened.

Add the honey, sauces and pepper, bring to the boil and simmer for about 3 minutes to reduce and thicken a little.
Return the meat and vegetables to the wok, and toss for about 3 minutes to heat and combine.

Brown hamburger, onions and bell pepper in skillet. Drain grease. Add cream of mushroom soup, both steak sauces, ketchup and chili powder. Add 1 cup water. Simmer until desired taste. Mix together macaroni and sauce. Put in 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until it bubbles. Cover with cheese.
