Johnny Mozetta(Large Recipe; Feeds About 30 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground round steak
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 lb. onions, chopped
    2 lb. green sweet peppers
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 cans tomato paste
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 can enchilada sauce
    2 cans mushrooms (stems and pieces will do)
    2 jars stuffed olives
    4 pkg. egg noodles
    1 1/2 lb. yellow cheese, grated
Preparation
    Fry onions, peppers and celery together.
    Fry meat and garlic together.
    Combine with first items in a large roaster.
    Add to preceeding mixture, all sauces, soup, olives and mushrooms.
    Let simmer 15 minutes.
    Add cooked noodles.
    Mix well.
    Cover with cheese.
    Bake 1 hour or until cheese browns.
    Can be made the day before and put into refrigerator.
    Uncover and reheat in a slow oven for about 2 hours.
