Place a little grease in frying pan; add a steak.
Let fry until brown on both sides, about 15 minutes.
Fill another pan with water and bring to boil.
Take steak out of frying pan and place in water.
Cook in water until you break one open and it's not red in center.
Take steak out of water and replace back in frying pan. Steak gravy recipe follows.

PREPARE THE STEAK:
Take the finely sliced
Salt and brown steak pieces on both sides, set aside.
Add onions, cook until tender.
Stir in broth, soy sauce and garlic. Cover and simmer 10 minutes till meat is tender.
Add green peppers, cook 5 minutes.
br>Brush the pounded flank steak with vegetable oil and season
large pot. Add the braciole and crushed garlic. Cook, turning
edium heat.
Dredge the braciole in flour shaking off any
inutes per side. (Cook the braciole in batches if they won
ree to use your own recipe or store bought, we just
ne side of the flank steak, leaving about a one inch
side.
Pound the flank steak until it is 1/4
Trim all fat from steak. Cut into 8 equal pieces,
Pound steak thin with a mallet or side of a cleaver.
Sprinkle cheese, garlic, and raisins on steak.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roll tightly and tie securely with string.
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat.
Brown on each side.
Drop into your favorite simmering red sauce for 2 hours or until tender.
(I like to cook in the crockpot on high for several hours to get the best results.) Remove from sauce, cool slightly and remove strings before serving.
Mix together bread crumbs, cheese, garlic, egg and parsley to make a paste.
May need to add a little water to make stuffing workable.
Pat stuffing on meat and keep about 1/4 inch away from sides of meat.
Roll and secure with toothpicks.
Brown meat; drain fat.
Pour over spaghetti sauce and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Boil spaghetti about 1/2 hour before braciole is done. Serve spaghetti as side dish with braciole and top off with sauce. Serves 2 to 4.
Remove toothpicks before serving.
Place the meat on the counter and pound it out a bit to tenderize and flatten.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place the pine nuts in a small frying pan and toast them over low heat until golden brown. Allow to cool and place in a small bowl with the mint, parsley, garlic, cheese, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of the oil. Stir together and rub on the meat.
Roll the steak up tightly across the grain of the meat like a jelly roll. Tie the roll together with string to secure.
Season the outside with salt and pepper to taste.
Pound the steak very thin and cut into
paste.
Lay round steak flat and pound very thin

Cut steak into 4 serving pieces.
Dredge in flour mixed with salt.
Place in Crock Pot. Add chopped vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Pour tomato sauce over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
Just before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
NOTE: Recipe may be doubled for 5-quart Crock Pot. Cook the maximum time.
