Combine oats, All-Bran, and cranberries in a small bowl to make muesli mixture.
Place 1/3 c muesli in each bowl; top with milk and berries.
Store remaining muesli mixture in an airtight container for Day 12 and Day 20 (the muesli is used in recipes on those days.).

Bring 1.5 cups water to a boil, add quinoa and return to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and allow to simmer for 15 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Remove from heat and fluff with a fork. Cool for 10 minutes.
Place olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey in a small prep bowl and whisk together. Fold into the quinoa.
In a large salad bowl, gently toss quinoa, strawberries, spinach, goat cheese, and sunflower seeds together.

Soup Diet - Day #1.
Eat as

This is the punch we serve at most of our church functions.
Mix together the ketchup, diet cola, vinegar, hot sauce and onions in a large skillet. Add the chicken breasts and bring the sauce to a boil over medium high heat.
Reduce to a simmer and cook for 50 minutes, until the chicken is tender enough to split with a fork. The sauce will be reduced by half and quite rich and thick.
Serve each breast with a quarter of the sauce.

3. Top crust evenly with cheeses
Combine yogurt, oats and juice in a small bowl; cover, refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Just before serving, stir in remaining ingredients.

You may add a bit of water to achieve the soupy consistency that you like.
Melt margarine; mix in flour.
Slowly stir in milk.
Cook to a boil and thicken.
Mix in onion, Worcestershire and bread cubes. Cool.
Fold in mayo, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Melt in 2 tablespoons of margarine, adding chopped shrimp; toss slightly and combine.
Put into baking shells.
Reserve 1/2 pound of shrimp to adorn top of shells at the last 3 minutes; place on top of mixture. Lightly sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 7 to 10 minutes.
