Mix all ingredients in a frypan and cook hamburger until brown.
Set aside and cool.
Wash peppers, dry and cut out stems and seeds.

Fry 2 pounds of hamburger with chopped onions, salt and pepper
Brown hamburger and drain fat.
Cook elbows to \"al dente\"; drain and combine with hamburger.

Combine this with hamburger and macaroni.
Fry hamburger, stirring fine with a spoon.
