"Sos" Or Creamed Hamburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. flour
    1 qt. milk or less
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown hamburger.
    Add flour and stir.
    (If meat is very lean, add a little oil or shortening.)
    Add milk until thick like gravy or cream sauce.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Serve over toast.
