In small bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey legs, mixing well.
Place turkey legs in shallow pan.
Pour sauce over and cover tightly with foil.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Remove foil and baste legs with sauce.
Return to oven, uncovered, for about 30 minutes more.
