Krysten'S Key Lime Pie Martini

Simple syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup sugar with 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Simmer until the sugar is dissolved about 3 minutes. Store in a closed container in refrigerator.
Rim of Glass: Line the rim of a martini glass with honey and dip into graham cracker crumbs, coating the rim with crumbs.
Martini: Combine vanilla vodka, fresh key lime juice, simple syrup, half and half and ice in a martini shaker. Shake well until very cold. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick and lime wedge.

Meyer Lemon Drop Martini

To make the simple syrup, combine 1 oz. water, 1 oz. sugar (measure in a cocktail jigger) and the lemon zest in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
In a cocktail shaker, combine a handful of ice, the lemon juice, vodka and simple syrup. Shake vigorously and strain into 2 chilled martini glasses rimmed with sugar. Drop two thinly sliced lemon disks into each glass.

Easter Peep Martini Cocktail

Rim a chilled martini glass with thick simple syrup and then dip into dyed green coconut flakes, then adorn with a little marshmallow peep.
You can prepare the glasses ahead of time and put them on a try decorated with jelly beans and other seasonal delights for a stunning effect.
Mix all ingredients together in a martini shaker filled with ice.
Pour in decorated glasses and serve!

Lemon Cream Pie Martini

Rim 2 martini glasses with simple syrup and graham cracker crumbs. Set aside.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, vodkas, amaretto, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake to chill and combine. Pour into prepared martini glasses.

Lemony Lemon Drop Martini

Moisten the rim of a martini glass with lemon juice or water, then dip in sugar. Set aside.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add lemon peel, lemon juice, mint leaves, vodka and simple syrup. Shake until well chilled, then pour into prepared martini glass.

Margarita Martini

Combine the tequila, lime juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. (To make a batch of simple syrup, simmer equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves, then cool. I do this in the microwave.) Shake well, then strain into a chilled martini glass; salt the rim, if desired. Garnish with mint.

White Peach Martini

To make peach puree, add peaches and simple syrup to a blender; blend together until smooth (taste and add more simple syrup if not sweet enough).
To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 2 ounces peach puree, vodka, peach schnapps, and lemon juice.
Shake moderately; strain into a chilled martini glass.

Limoncello Martini

Fill a shaker with ice.
Add vodka, limoncello and simple syrup.
Shake well and strain into oversized martini glasses.
Garnish each with a lemon twist.
Note: Simple syrup is made by combining 2 parts granulated sugar with 1 part water.
Simmer, stirring, over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
Chill before using.

Grinch Martini

Pour the ingredients into a martini shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.

Tangy Pomegranate Martini

Moisten the rim of a chilled martini glass with a twist of lemon. Pour the sugar onto a small plate, and dip the glasses into the sugar. Place the lemon twist in the rimmed glass, and set aside.
Pour the vodka, lemon juice, pomegranate juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into the rimmed martini glass to serve.

Tropical Martini

Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice and water. Add ingredients into a shaker, with ice, and shake well. Remove ice and water from martini glass, then moisten half of the rim of the glass and dip it into sugar. Strain drink into the glass, add strawberry and pineapple slice to the sugared side of the rim.
SIMPLE SYRUP:
1/2 cup boiling water.
1/2 cup sugar.
Stir ingredients together until sugar is completely dissolved. Place in covered container and refrigerate.

Masala Martini

Combine gin, lime juice, simple syrup, cumin, and salt in an ice-filled shaker.
Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass; garnish with lemon slice.

Spiced Pear Martini

Quickly muddle mint in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
Fill shaker with ice and add pear nectar, rum, lime juice, Simple Syrup and nutmeg.
Vigorously shake and strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with pear slice.

Raspberry Lemonade Martini

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; pour in the raspberry-flavored vodka, lemon-flavored vodka, simple syrup, lemon juice, and raspberry-flavored liqueur. Cover shaker, shake, and strain drink into a martini glass.

Grapefruit And Basil Martini

Muddle a couple of the basil leaves with the simple syrup in the bottom of a mixing glass or shaker.
