Apricot Vodka Martini - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 ounces mandarin vodka
3 ounces apricot nectar
1 tablespoon simple syrup
ice
2 -3 dried apricots (soaked in mandarin orange-flavored vodka for 24 hours)

Preparation

Combine vodka, apricot nectar, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Float the dried apricots in the drink and serve.
