In a slow cooker, combine black bean soup, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, baked beans, tomatoes, corn, onion, bell pepper and celery.
Season with garlic, chili powder, parsley, oregano and basil.
Cook for at least two hours on high.
This is a simple crowd pleasing recipe that can sit in a slow cooker until it is time to serve.
Prep time:
approx. 10 minutes.
Cook time: approx. 2 hours.
Makes 8 servings.
Cook hot dogs according to package. I make mine in the microwave when cooking this recipe but it is more time consuming this one because I make one at a time.
Warm chili in microwave until hot.
Warm wraps in microwave according to package directions.
Place one hot dog, chili and cheddar cheese (as much as you like - we like a lot of both) in a wrap. Add onions if desired. Serve.

Pour stewed tomato into pot, blend with hand blender until smooth.
Add hamburger, beans, sugar and chili powder.

For a larger crowd, I double the recipe and sometimes triple.

Add Tomato Paste and blend well. Add tomatoes and beans.
Add spices, garlic and salt and stir well.

Stir crumbles, 1 can great Northern beans, vegetable broth, salsa, and corn together in a large pot over low heat.
Puree remaining can great Northern beans in a blender until smooth; stir with the mixture in the pot. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
Stir jalapeno pepper Cheddar cheese and Cheddar cheese into the chili; cook, stirring frequently, until the cheese is melted, 5 to 10 minutes more.

Heat the oil in a large skillet.
Add the burritos and fry on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Drain on a paper towel.
While burritos are frying, heat the chili on stove or microwave.
To serve:
Plate the burrito, top with a ladle of chili, add a handful of lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and onion.
Sprinkle a few jalapenos on top.
Finish with a couple tablespoons of salsa and a dollop of sour cream.
