Sicilian Meat Roll

Combine the first 8 ingredients.
Add the ground beef and mix. On foil, pat meat out to a 10 x 12-inch rectangle.
Arrange slices of ham on top.
Cover with the shredded Mozzarella cheese. Starting from wide end, carefully roll up meat, using foil to lift. Place, seam side down, in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
Cut sliced Mozzarella cheese diagonally; place on top of meat roll and return to oven until it is melted.

Combine all ingredients except ham and cheese.
On foil or waxed paper, pat meat mixture to a 12 x 10-inch rectangle.
Top with ham slices and shredded cheese.
Start at short end and roll up meat.
Seal edges and ends.
Place seam side down in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 75 minutes.
Place cheese wedges over top and return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese wedges melt.

Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the center. Prepare your meat loaf recipe as usual.
Mound the meat loaf in the zucchini halves.
Bake according to meat loaf recipe.
Remove from oven and serve.
There's no clean-up because you can eat the \"pan.\"

Sprinkle cheese over ham.
Starting from short end, carefully roll up meat, using paper to lift.
Seal edge and ends.
Place roll, seam side down, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

Stir in beef.
Mix well.
Pat meat into a 12 x 10-inch rectangle.

Put seam down in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, then arrange cheese wedges on top of roll.
Cook 5 minutes longer.

Combine beaten eggs, bread crumbs, tomato juice, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic.
Brown ground chuck.
Drain. Stir ground chuck into mixture.
On waxed paper, pat meat into 12 x 10-inch.
Arrange ham on top of meat and sprinkle shredded Mozzarella
cheese.
Roll up.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese halves.
Makes approximately 8 servings.
