Sicilian Meat Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. tomato juice or sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced or garlic powder
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    8 slices boiled ham
    6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Add beef; mix well.
    On waxed paper or foil, pat meat to a 12 x 10-inch rectangle.
    Arrange ham on top of meat, leaving a small margin around edges.
    Sprinkle shredded cheese over ham.
    Starting from short end, carefully roll up meat.
    Seal edges and ends.
    (It looks like a meat loaf; roll like a jelly roll.)
