Shrimp Chinese(Casserole)

Combine celery, onion and water in saucepan.
Simmer, covered, until onion is soft; drain.
Brown mushrooms lightly in butter. Combine celery-onion mixture, mushrooms, green pepper, cashews, pimentos, water chestnuts and shrimp.
Mix well.
Combine with white sauce and season to taste.
Layer bottom of greased 6-quart baking dish with 1 can of the noodles.
Cover with shrimp mixture. Top with remaining noodles.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 10.

Stir-Fried Shrimp, Chinese Style

Marinate the shrimp, in shells, for about 15 minutes in the soy sauce, sherry, and ginger. Drain.
Stir-fry in a hot pan (on med. high heat) with the peanut oil and garlic until the color of the shrimp changes to pink.
Add the green onions, salt and sesame oil. Toss until the onions barely wilt.
Serve hot and let guests remove the shells right at the table!

Shrimp Chinese Chow Mein

In a large saucepan, combine celery, onions, red pepper, and shrimp. Cook over medium heat until shrimp are pink.
Mix in canned vegetables and mushroom soup, soy sauce, and green pepper.
Heat thoroughly. Serve over chow mein noodles.

Cook celery, onion and soy sauce in butter until crisp.
Add chili pepper and bean sprouts.
Let simmer slowly 10 minutes.
Add raw shrimp.
Place lid on pan and simmer for additional 25 minutes.
Serve hot over rice.
