Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until a delicate brown. Cut in 36 squares while still hot. Return to oven a few minutes to dry out edges. Let cool in pan or on wire rack.
Combine flours, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl.
Work in butter until dough has the consistency of pie crust.
Sprinkle board with rice flour.
Turn dough onto board and knead until smooth.
Divide into four portions and shape into small rounds.
Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet (or use a shortbread mold).
Prick with a fork.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, until cakes begin to brown slightly.
Allow to cool in pan.
Cream the butter.
Add sugar and cream well.
Slowly add flour to creamed mixture. Stir until smooth.
Use your hands to press the dough into 9-inch shortbread mold or a 9-inch cake pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan.
Run a knife around edge of pan to loosen. Turn out onto serving plate. Cut into wedges and serve.
Cream together butter and powdered sugar.
Add flour gradually.
Roll dough into small balls and dip in powdered sugar. Place on non-greased cookie sheet and crisscross with a fork. Bake in 300\u00b0 oven until slightly brown.

Mix package of strawberry Jell-O with one cup boiling water. Let stand until cool.
Add one package frozen strawberries.
Put into mold and let stand until firm.
In the meantime, dissolve one package lemon jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
Chill until slightly jelled.
Add softened cream cheese and whip with electric mixer.
Fold in Dream Whip (already mixed).
Place on top of firm strawberry mixture.
Keep refrigerated until firm.
Remove from mold right before serving.
