Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1/4 c. fine granulated sugar
    1 c. soft butter
    1/3 c. rice flour
    1 2/3 c. unbleached flour
Preparation
    Mix confectioners sugar and granulated sugar together.
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cream butter and sugars together.
    Gradually add the rice and unbleached flour.
    Mix with hands until smooth; do not overmix.
    Press into baking pan or shortbread mold.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack.
