Arrange broccoli and cauliflower in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam for 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well.
Arrange broccoli and cauliflower in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
Stir together mayonnaise, cheddar, parmesan, green onions, Dijon and cayenne pepper. Spoon over broccoli and cauliflower.
Sprinkle with SCD breadcrumbs.
Bake at 350 F (175 C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.

Drain salmon, reserving 1/3 cup liquid; flake. In medium bowl, combine salmon, scd bread crumbs, onion, and parsley.
Add reserved salmon liquid, eggs, lemon juice, and pepper; mix well.
Shape into 6 patties. In skillet, fry salmon patties in olive oil over medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
Serve hot; garnish with lemon wedges.

Mix together the ketchup, diet cola, vinegar, hot sauce and onions in a large skillet. Add the chicken breasts and bring the sauce to a boil over medium high heat.
Reduce to a simmer and cook for 50 minutes, until the chicken is tender enough to split with a fork. The sauce will be reduced by half and quite rich and thick.
Serve each breast with a quarter of the sauce.
Peel, core and half apples.
Place in a baking dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Pour 1 bottle desired Faygo diet drink over apples.
Baste apples during baking process so they won't dry. Bake at 350\u00b0 until apples are tender.

Set out 4 custard cups.

Place chicken in mixture and cook for 30 minutes on medium to low heat.
Use a long casserole bowl.
Put one layer of wafers on bottom. Drain juice off of pineapple first.
Put one layer of canned pineapple over wafers.
Pour half of pudding over these ingredients.
Start over.
One layer wafers, one layer pineapple and pour remaining pudding over that.
Cover with wafers.
Then use diet whipped cream over the top.
