Slice potatoes.
Lay in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Lay pork chops on top.
Layer until pan is fairly full.
Mix together milk and both cream soups.
Add onion, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, cracker crumbs and cheese to taste.
Pour on top of potatoes and chops (layer liquid with the layers of potatoes and chops). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours or until done.
